It’s obvious they found a bug and sent the update again with a fix. Poor wording in the release notification.

Yes, I did as well. Though I'm still friggin pissed that I don't have Park Assist or Hands-Free Tailgate

I thought we had Park Assist? I've never used it but we have the button. I know they dropped the hands-free tailgate all together, not sure thats an software update were getting as I don't think we have the sensor under the car. I could also be 100% wrong.

no I think youy are correct - sucks. Yeah, PA is gone. I don't even have the "prep kit"

Lost the onscreen manual with version 4.1.2 or 4..1.3 … 4.2.2 restored the full manual.

Yes. I received this last week on my ‘23. Nothing major, but like having the camera function on top menu.

got 4.2.2.2 today. 23GTPE delivered in late dec 2022. got 4.1.2 on march 4th.

looks like only APIM software updates which is consistent with the wiki. CCPU version went from 22280_PRODUCT.592 to 23031_PRODUCT.713. VMCU version went from 6.1.17.0 to 6.1.19.2 per bezel diags. the parking lot game and "menu bar" camera button are there.

the update was quite large, at least 2GB. all told the process took about 2 hours.

one fun glitch when i started the car after the update was that the internal navigation had a route planned to some place in marin. i know i had been looking at DCFCs in the area a few weeks back but i thought i was messing with ABRP, not the car navigation. so not sure where that came from.

also i got a "key not detected" after a few minutes of sitting in the car with (only) my phone, but that seems kind of normal for me with PAAK. i couldn't actually open the car with the door button, i had to unlock using FordPass and then get in.

My 2023 was update to 4.2.1 yesterday. Today it downloaded 4.2.2.2. I now have the camera icon.

I also received 4.2.2 one day after 4.2.1, did not notice any changes on the sync screen, had the camera icon from the last update.

That's because you have a 22 model. 4.2.2.2 (notice the extra .2) is for 23 model years, which did not ship with the camera icon SW.

I don't want to jinx it but I haven't had any iOS GPS issues since I got 4.2.2.2.2.2
