Some model year 2023s got 4.2.1 Ford Power-up update. But, have you received the 4.2.2 Power-up update?

Just wondering if other model year 2023s got the 4.2.2 update. I've been waiting for the camera button at the top ribbon.

as of yet, no. but i only received 4.1.2 on march 4th and that seemed to be near the tail end of the 4.1.2 cycle. i'm assuming they send out updates in increasing order of model year, but i have no idea if that is true.

i thought the camera button was going to be really important for me when parking in the garage. when i had a tesla i'd turn on the rear camera and look for a mark on the ground to figure out when to stop. but the MME doesn't seem to let you view the rear camera unless you are in reverse, and it turns out that when the proximity detectors detect the junk in my garage near the back wall, it automatically switches the front camera on and i can figure out how far to pull in that way.

You will probably need to get both 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 before the camera button shows up on a 2023. My guess is it will be a slow rollout that will go through the end of April.

EDIT: Power-Up 4.2.2.2 enables the camera button on 2023's.

I have a '23 premium, got 4.2.1 on March 3rd. Have not gotten 4.2.2 yet.

Just got 4.2.2 last evening.

I don't think that the local Ford dealer is much about keeping up with OTA.

They had my car from 6/23 - 11/23 and I don't think they did much to it at all.

our 2023, built job 1 2023 has always had the camera button across the top. she uses it for top view every time she parks in a parking lot. In the garage the sensor goes off when she pulls in and as long as its green and not orange there is enough room in front, and its in far enough to allow rear hatch open with garage door closed.
