Other than placing key FOBs in a Faraday bag or box, are there security features on Mustang to prevent theft?

I recently was parked on the street and a neighbor informed me that some individuals were trying to duplicate my signal and access my car.

Has anyone had this happen?

He's a truck driver that works nights, so he returned from a shift and saw individuals casing his building with a device, trying to get the key code.
