Done the SYNC reset many times. I have yet to disconnect the 12v as suggested by others to force a reset of other modules (DSP, etc..)… after the fiasco with the stealership, all frunk tabs/clips broken or missing , I don’t want to have my fingerprints under the hood… still fighting to get them...
