Glad they finally fixed the disappearing SiriusXM presents. Oh wait, that was my imagination reading the list of changes. Oh well, with the death of the MME announced this week given it won't migrate to the universal EV platform, we can expect less and less concern about existing issues.
I...
The issue is well known and terribly ignored by Ford. My 2023 MME has had the issue since the day I drove it off the dealer lot. It is recreatable (at least in my car) but neither Ford or Sirius seems to be interested in fixing it. Seems Ford only fixes issues that cost them money.
We have a MME and a PHEV Ford Escape. Have a L2 charger coming off of our solar system. For our needs, the single charger is more than adequate to keep both charged but as others mentioned it totally depends on how much of your EV's batteries are needing recharge on a regular basis.
Everyone has their own needs for entertainment while driving and how much driving one does certainly impacts those needs. I don't work for SiriusXM but have used their service for many years. I don't know of another service with that provides ad-free music, live sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL)...
This issue has existed since we drove the car off the lot over 2 years ago. 2023 Premium Extended Battery. I'm convinced it has something to do with the internet connection to the Sync 4 radio that is used by the Sirius 360L feature. There have been times that nothing disappeared, times when all...
If the car has the SiriusXM 360L feature you can get their internet streamed channels as well as the satellite delivered channels. The MME's Sync 4 radios have the feature.
SiriusXM with 360L - SiriusXM Dealer Portal
It is the internet delivered channels using the SiriusXM 360L feature in the MME. Basically what happens is that when you turn the car off and then later start it, the channels in what Sirius calls All Access/Platinum Plan have the preset icon disappear for these channels and you have to go thru...
SiriusXM delivers additional in-car channels and on-demand content using the internet through SiriusXM with 360L which MME's have, a hybrid system that combines satellite with cellular connectivity. This technology allows vehicles to stream extra channels not available via traditional satellite...
None of those conditions apply to my MME. No update has altered the 3 of rows. The issue relates to the Sirius internet delivered stations, not the satellite delivered. I can create the problem in 10 seconds. Hours of discussion with both vendors has not found any resolution. There was an update...
Aloha (I'm assuming you are Hawaiian). So the question isn't really do people still use SiriusXM but why doesn't something as simple as maintaining preset icons and links to a stream not work correctly for at least 3 years. And as a data point, a 9 billion dollar business is one I would view as...
So Ford, have you figured this out yet?? I'd be happy to be a beta test of a fix assuming anyone cares to create one. Can't believe its that hard to fix. It certain is consistent on my 23 MME Premium Ext. Been there since I first got in the car and remains there today.
I am trying to identify if update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS has been installed on my 2023 MME VIN #3FMTK3R78PMA41438. If anyone with FDRS can take a look that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim
I want to know if a specific update has been installed on my 2023 MME Premium Extended. After chasing this question on the internet I only find having FDRS or going to a dealer, both of which have cost involved. Is there another option I'm missing. Looking to see if 23-PU0110-RAD-PS is...
